HOW TO BUY ONLINE SKI PASS?

To charge a keycard you need the number on your keycard. If you don`t have a keycard you'll pick up your order at palabione ticket office.

You can simply log in, choose the ski pass you want to buy and pay with your credit card. The system will remember your data for your next purchase.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you can go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to Palabione ticket office to pick your order up.

Can I purchase two or more ski passes in a single transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user account. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register again keycard numbers and names.

IS IT POSSIBILE TO BUY REDUCED TICKETS FOR CHILDREN OR SENIORS?

Yes, on daily and multi-day pass there are different prices for Adult, Senior, Junior and Baby

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Lift passes cannot be refunded except if the Ski Area is totally closed on the day chosen for your preset date ski pass.
This refund is not possible for Open Skipass that can be used in another day.

SKI PASS INSURANCE

You can choose to buy Snowcare insurance with your skipass. It cost 2,50 euro per day per person. www.snowcare.it

HOW CAN I GET A KEY CARD?

You can get a keycard from Aprica & Corteno Skipass ticket offices.
Keep your keycard and use it to buy online.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.
